Introduction to Life Mastery Skills

This site is dedicated to helping you access and live your emotional full potential.

Each one of us holds within us a unique power and beauty – that individual spark of life that only we contain. When we have access to the depth and beauty of our being, and the ability to share it with the world, we begin to achieve what has become known as our full emotional intelligence.

For over 30 years I have worked with thousands of people in all walks of life, from executives of large companies to mayors, doctors, therapists, families, couples and individuals in numerous diverse settings including conferences, seminars, training sessions, and one-on-one counseling.

Through this work I developed and used a special set of exercises dedicated to helping people free themselves from their past so they can live a life of fulfillment, filled with love, power and success. Called "Life Mastery Skills," these exercises contain the essential components to developing our full emotional intelligence.

This website came into fruition through the requests of past clients asking that I make these exercises available to others so that they may also gain from experiencing these emotional intelligence training activities.

This website is therefore dedicated to you. Each area of the website will explore a different and essential component of developing a full and emotionally rewarding life, such as creating greater self-awareness, self esteem and self love, empowerment and communication skills. Each area will provide free emotional intelligence activities and well as a module containing further exercises for those who wish to delve deeper into developing their emotional intelligence skills.

We hope you enjoy this website and the exercises it provides. There is a saying, "Whatever we put our attention on, grows stronger in our lives." We hope that you, like hundreds of others before you who have completed these exercises, reap the benefits and unearth the great beauty and power that is your true self.

The Exercises

Sheila Radha Conrad’s exercises are available in two forms; Life Mastery Skills, the life skills provided on this website, were specifically developed to assist those starting out on the journey of self-discovery. Supported by video and audio explanations as well as text, these easy to use exercises can help anyone, in any walk of life to take the important steps towards creating a more emotionally intelligent and fulfilling life.

Sheila Radha’s book, "Self Recognition", is designed for people who already have some experience with deeper levels of transformational work. It is also an excellent second resource for those who have completed the Life Mastery Skills exercises provided on this website. This comprehensive and deeper program of work will help those who want to take their discovery and skills to a more advanced level.
